Sander Dewerte is born and based in Ghent, Belgium. He received a bachelors degree in Visual Arts: Photography at the Academy of Fine Arts in 2024 and is currently going for his Masters Degree.
He is a documentary photographer working about and around stories that he picks up from friends and family. With a deep facsination for memories and the unknown, he uses his camera as a key to enter forgotten, forbidden or hidden worlds.
